"The Roving Eye" Toys, and "Mystic Eye" Characters, are polystyrene vacuum molded discs measuring 1½" in diameter. Each toy has an eye that wiggled as the toy is moved. Suggested text for the edges of the toy: "Turn face at various angles, watch eye" and "Turn face from side to side, watch eye."
       The sketches for these toys, were made on June 6th, 1958. A working model of the Roving Eye Pirate was made, but it's whereabouts are currently unknown. It's possible that these toys were designed as prizes for Cracker Jack, but were either rejected, or the cost were too high to be profitable.
