C. Carey Cloud created the Razz Zooka for Cracker Jack in the late 1940's. Similar to whistles children would make with a blade of grass stretched between their thumbs. This paper version makes a similar humming noise when blown through. Measuring approximately 1⅜th inches wide and 2¼th inches wide.

C. Carey Cloud created other whistles for Cracker Jack including Embossed Paper Whistles, Four Tone Flute Whistles and Standing Musical Whistles.
